1. Core Principles of Accuracy

At jainsakshi.com, we strive for complete accuracy, clarity, and credibility in our articles, research reviews, and digital tools. Despite rigorous editing and medical verification protocols, errors may occasionally occur. When errors are identified, we commit to correcting them promptly and transparently.

2. How to Report an Error

If you believe an article, data point, or reference published on our Platform contains a factual error or omission, please let us know. You can submit reports through our Contact Page or email us directly at sakshi.jain.md@gmail.com.

To help us expedite the review, please include:

  • The title and URL of the article.
  • The specific passage or data point containing the error.
  • Credible supporting evidence or primary research reference source.

3. Our Review & Resolution Process

Upon receiving an error report, Dr. Sakshi Jain will review the content against primary source literature and expert consensus.

  • Minor Typos: Grammar, spelling, or styling errors that do not affect the meaning or accuracy of the article are corrected quietly without an editorial note.
  • Substantive/Material Corrections: Errors that alter scientific facts, medical definitions, or clinical guidance will be corrected immediately. The article will show a prominent, dated "Editorial Correction Note" at the bottom explaining the change.
  • Last Updated Marker: Any material change will update the metadata header of the post to reflect the date of modification.
